At Modinn, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

* Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date the product is delivered.
* To be eligible for a return:
    * The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    * The product must include original packaging and tags.
    * Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

* Used or washed socks
* Products damaged due to customer misuse
* Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Return Process

2. Share your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. The customer must hand over the product to the assigned shipping partner.

Refunds

* Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product is handed over to the shipping partner.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
